6.Production Equipment

Kang-Jia has build ten-thousand-level clean workshop,All the working procedures are running at D-cleaning-level. We implement the fully automatic micro-computer-controlled production lines covering hollow blowing molding, injection molding, plastic injection stretch-blow molding method, etc. The workshop is equipped with imported air-conditioning unit to assure of thermostatic production. 

We have own modern lab center which is equipped with infrared spectrophotometer, gas chromatograph, UV spectrophotometer, and numerous quality inspection instruments, and covers sterile room and negative-positive comparison room.
